This group is highly successful and going through a significant growth phase. This growth has lead to the need to expand the team and the treasury function. You will report into a progressive CFO who is an impressive and dynamic leader.

Responsibilities

The role reports to the CFO and is part of a larger finance team. The key focus areas are -

Manage a large treasury portfolio including relationship management

Cash and liquidity management

Treasury investment portfolio management - bonds and term deposits

Bank loan facilitates and debt management

Treasury intercompany lending and treasury operations

Foster good relationships with banking partners and financial institutions

Prepare cash flow forecasting reports and analysis

External loan portfolio including monthly financial and management reporting

Work with and supervise work of offshore shared service team who will support you

Background

Business Degree and a professional qualification such as either CPA, CA, CFA or ACT

Strong relevant background in treasury management, corporate finance or banking

Good understanding of financial institutions, banking products and debt financing structures

Proven ability to manage liquidity, investments and intercompany transactions

Strong stakeholder management skills and business partnering

Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and financial reporting tools would be advantageous

Someone who has excellent communication skills, is highly driven, proactive, possess excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to balance risk management with commercial objectives to optimise financial outcomes

Work closely with senior business leaders and build strong external relationships with banks/financial institutions
