Job Opportunity: Service Design Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Service Design Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for designing and delivering an end-to-end user journey service strategy that improves the user experience.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in a similar role with a proven track record of improving user experiences;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to use industry knowledge and insights to drive positive change;
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance;

As a Service Design Strategist, you will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them. You will also be responsible for creating prototypes, mock-ups, and service blueprints to bring your ideas to life.
