UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX designer to lead end-to-end design processes. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design user-friendly experiences across customer portals, merchant onboarding, and payment flows
  • Translate business requirements into thoughtful user journeys
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and interpret feedback
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure design intent is carried through to build
  • Own the design system and build consistent UI patterns
  • Create artefacts like user flows, journey maps, and interaction models
Requirements:
  • 5 years of UX/UI experience, ideally in fintech or SaaS businesses
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
  • Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent), usability tools, and modern design systems
  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills able to present ideas to cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design best practices
