The Role
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements through collaboration with product and business stakeholders.
  • Develop user-centric concepts using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes that meet WCAG guidelines, encompassing both low and high fidelity designs (mobile and web).
  • Conduct usability testing as part of comprehensive user research.
