We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Team Associate to join our state-of-the-art temperature-controlled ambient Automated Distribution Centre (ADC) located at Redbank.

In this role, you will play a key part in moving grocery products through our supply chain, ensuring seamless in-store experiences for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Correctly identifying products and consumables
  • Loading, unloading, picking, wrapping, moving, stacking, unstacking, tote handling, picking product into totes, decanting processes utilising material handling equipment (MHE) and the ADC's equipment
  • Completing housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and efficient working environment

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience as an order selector or production line operator is highly desirable. You must also be willing to adhere to company policies and procedures, with a commitment to safety and quality standards.

A strong eye for detail and accuracy is essential, as well as your ability to work on your own and follow set instructions. You should be comfortable working on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching. A forklift licence is preferred but not essential.
