**Job Title:** Head of Content, Coles



We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Content to join our growing Coles team on a part-time basis (4 days per week). This is a chance to join Australasia's leading content agency, working on one of the country's most trusted and recognisable brands.



**Role and Responsibilities:**




  • Develop and implement commercial content solutions across print, digital, social and video for Coles.
  • Work alongside a team of high-performing and highly skilled creatives to bring a team together to do great work.
  • Ensure all content created is future-focused, fit for channel, and delivers on creative excellence.
  • Build and manage key client relationships to ensure stakeholders are informed and satisfied.
  • Develop multi-channel content strategies that deliver on brief and budget.
  • Drive ideation and delivery of concepts across all channels (print, video, social and digital).
  • Drive a culture of innovation and creativity.
  • Assist the strategy team throughout the proposal response process.
  • Work comfortably with commercial partners to ensure all commitments and objectives are met.
  • Manage editorial budgets and costs.
  • Possess deep experience working in the food category, 7-10 years of experience in content creation across varied platforms and formats, and excellent communication skills.
