Heavy Diesel Fitter Opportunities

We are seeking skilled Heavy Diesel Fitters to join our team and contribute to the maintenance of large scale mobile mining equipment.


Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining heavy machinery, with experience working on an array of ancillary mining equipment.


The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient information is entered into computer based systems, including work orders and time confirmations.


Additionally, they will identify when maintenance consumables and supplies are needed to ensure continuous operation of the fleet.


The role also involves assisting with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet performance.


Attendence at toolbox and safety meetings is essential to ensure safe work compliance and identify potential deficiencies.



Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
  • Previous experience working on large scale Mobile Mining Equipment, preferably in a mining environment
  • High level of safety awareness and orientation
  • Experience with OEM diagnostic tooling
  • Proficiency with Microsoft programs and computer based maintenance systems
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence
