We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated leader to join our team as an Assistant Venue Manager. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading your team, maintaining a high-energy atmosphere, and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
About the Role:The successful candidate will lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment. You will be responsible for managing labour costs and COGs to meet business objectives, building and maintaining a positive team culture, and motivating staff to achieve their best.
