We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafe Professional to join our workforce.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring a positive experience for all patrons through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work effectively as part of a team supporting colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Cafe Professional.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and move around the cafe with ease and flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in food handling and preparation.
- Previous experience working in a cafe or restaurant setting with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Working Requirements:
