Cafe Attendant Job Summary

We are seeking highly organised and enthusiastic individuals to work as Cafe Attendants on a casual basis.

This role is ideal for those who possess excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all patrons.
  2. Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced till at all times.
  4. General Cleaning Duties: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment throughout the cafe.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role in the food industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated numeracy, cash handling and cashiering skills.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
