Job Title: Technical Trainer

Shaping the next generation of Komatsu Technicians requires a highly skilled and experienced trainer.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of draglines and shovels, as well as previous experience in training and assessment.

  • Design and develop technical training programs for Komatsu staff and customers.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions for varying expertise levels.
  • Evaluate and improve training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
  • Collaborate with experts to stay updated on industry trends and product advancements.
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology or Mobile Plant Technology, or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience on P&H 4100XPC AC Electric Face Shovel, Electric Drive Trucks, WE1850 Electric Wheel Loader, PC5500 Excavator, D475 Large Mining Dozers.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desired).
  • Ability to build strong internal and customer relationships.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with computer-based software and programs such as Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
