About the Role

Our organization is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to play a pivotal role in delivering global technical guidance and support for implementing cybersecurity measures within operational technology environments.

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify suitable cybersecurity solutions, offering technical assistance to engineers, and tracking critical cyber risk indicators. The specialist will also contribute to governance activities by developing audit frameworks, participating in exemption assessments, and reporting key risk indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving our global cyber improvement roadmap across manufacturing sites through close collaboration with site-based engineers.
  • Supporting compliance with our Manufacturing OT Cyber Security Requirements by conducting business impact assessments and developing service continuity management plans.
  • Deploying cybersecurity tools, investigating vulnerabilities, and supporting incident response efforts.

Ongoing support and governance of deployed cybersecurity solutions is crucial, including managing tools such as vulnerability monitoring systems, endpoint protection, automated backups, password management, and remote access platforms.

Governance and Compliance

The specialist will develop audit frameworks, participate in exemption assessments, and report key risk indicators to leadership.

Additionally, they will help deliver cybersecurity awareness initiatives and actively engage in the OT Community of Practice, promoting knowledge sharing around emerging threats and best practices in OT cybersecurity.
