  • Develop and maintain quality management systems
  • Ensure alignment between QA/QC Coordinators and oversee their work
  • Solve QA/QC queries according to relevant specifications, standards, and procedures, escalating quality concerns as necessary
  • Prepare and action Non-Conformance Reports
  • Conduct pre-start meetings for the QA/QC Team
  • Prepare and present professional presentations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the QA/QC Manager in developing procedures, management plans, ITPs, and methodology statements
  • Maintain accurate records of WPS and Welder Qualification registers
  • Provide coaching and guidance to QA/QC Coordinators to ensure expectations are met
  • Prepare and maintain various reports and records
