**Quality Assurance Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Control professional to take responsibility for all quality-related tasks, duties and processes in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a QA position, along with strong knowledge of ISO9001 principles and experience working with steel products.

Key responsibilities include producing and updating quality documents, maintaining document control registers, validating welder tests and investigating further training where required, conducting investigations and recording customer complaints, and influencing workplace culture through corrective actions.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this opportunity, the right person will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a QA position or a combination of similar experience, education, and training;
  • Proven experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally working with steel products;
  • Strong knowledge of ISO9001 principles;
  • Exposure to platforms such as Pronto and Toolbox would be highly advantageous;
  • Valid Australian Driver's License.
