Swim Instructor

Deliver aquatic lessons to young children in a fun and engaging manner.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about swimming and enjoy working with kids.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver swim lessons tailored to the needs of each student.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive learning experience.
  • Maintain a safe and organized teaching environment at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • AUSTSWIM or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience as a swim instructor.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (for those over 18 years old).
  • Strong swimming skills.

  • Reimbursement of instructor course fee for those willing to obtain additional qualifications.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday 3pm-8pm, Saturday 8am-2pm, Sunday 8am-1pm. We are also building a team to operate morning classes Monday to Friday 9am-12pm.
