Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients, project teams, and suppliers to manage subcontractors effectively.
  • Implement rigorous safety protocols by preparing documentation and conducting regular meetings.
  • Interpret project documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Identify site issues, rectify defects, and maintain accurate records.
  • Lead the onsite team by fostering a collaborative environment through continuous communication and performance review.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in carpentry or a similar trade, including demolition and general site work. They must possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
