Senior Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our Treasury & Balance Sheet Service team within the Group Support Practice. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to support initiatives, collect and interpret business needs, and define technical requirements to meet regulatory, risk, and compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the shaping of initiatives by liaising with stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Undertake detailed analysis of technical requirements and support solution design to meet business needs.
- Identify opportunities for automation, re-use of existing capabilities, and removal of inefficient data delivery.
- Enable initiatives to meet schedule, business, and budget objectives.
- Work through assigned tasks to ensure efficient completion and achieve successful outcomes for the business.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in financial risk management, preferably within banking or financial services. You will have:
- International Payments experience with SWIFT is essential.
- Experience on FIS platforms, including Quantum and Balance Sheet Management, is an advantage.
- A Risk Management background with Interest Rate Risk and Treasury Risk experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge and experience on ISO20022, APS 117, and other industry & regulatory compliance requirements is preferred.
- Experience using data analytic techniques, including SQL, to extract insights from large datasets.
- Worked with multiple project stakeholders to gather and write clear, concise, and complete detailed technical requirements documentation.
