About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our Outpatient Services Administration team at the Department of Health Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Outpatient Services Administration team to ensure effective delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement business improvements and efficiencies to maximize outpatient services and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Outpatient Transformation Program lead to develop strategies and implement processes to manage and respond to high-volume clinics.
  • Ensure the delivery of outpatient department processes and procedures are maintained at a high standard and accommodate future growth.
Requirements
  • Registration/licences essential to the role must remain current and valid at all times.
  • Experience in a Practice Manager role or similar role within the Healthcare industry is desirable.
