We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Launceston, Tasmania. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our branch, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
- Manage branch budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to meet financial targets.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in operational management within the waste management, logistics, or a similar industry. You will have a strong understanding of operational management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
