Key Account Director - Utilities


About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled professional to lead key account management initiatives in our Australian utilities sector. As a vital member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in building and cultivating relationships with strategic accounts in NSW.


Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement & Opportunity Identification
  • Develop and execute proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs) for designated portfolio(s), coordinating with internal stakeholders such as procurement, legal, and multiple units.
  • Perform quantitative analysis to determine win-price and demonstrate business value to clients.
  • Collaborate with the Industry Lead to provide a business-led perspective on contract negotiations, ensuring Infosys' position is understood and developed.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional sales and negotiation skills, along with experience in customer relationship management. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
