Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead our project teams in delivering high-quality engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, design, and delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining the highest level of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams in planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects.

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

  • Ensure compliance with technical and quality assurance standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).

  • Extensive experience in planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prepare and check design calculations using manual methods or computer applications.

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to contribute to innovative solutions for complex challenges.
