Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst
This is a critical finance business partner role for implementing cost-saving initiatives and process improvements. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with various business streams to develop and publish regular financial reports, performing weekly/monthly controllership activities, and conducting ad-hoc strategic analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business streams, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Excellence teams to implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
Develop and publish regular financial reports highlighting key performance indicators and regular business metrics.
Perform weekly/monthly controllership activities alongside variance analysis versus plan and forecast.
Conduct ad-hoc strategic analysis to drive program expansion, balancing delivery speed initiatives with cost efficiency.
Requirements:
3+ years of tax, finance, or related analytical field experience.
3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience.
Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence.
Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience.
MBA or CPA qualification.
Knowledge of Tableau.
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
