Job Description">

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred, evidence-based nursing/midwifery care to patients and their families in a dynamic healthcare environment.

You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes, engage in continuous quality improvement activities, and contribute to a culture of safety and learning.

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care that prioritizes patient needs and preferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
  • A strong foundation in nursing principles, practices, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
