Bethel Lifecare seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care and support residents in their daily lives.
- Maintain residents' physical health and comfort by providing routine and non-routine clinical care.
- Ensure families are fully informed about issues relating to their relative.
- Communicate effectively with peers and staff to ensure duties are performed accurately and holistically.
- Contribute to the effective functioning of the team by sharing clinical knowledge and skills.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to provide high-quality care.
Requirements:
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA.
- Previous Aged Care and/or Hospital experience highly regarded.
- The ability to supervise, delegate, and work as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
