Deliver exceptional care to patients and their families in a diverse regional community.
Job Description- Provide person-centred, evidence-based nursing/midwifery care in accordance with relevant standards and legislation.
Care for patients and their families in a comprehensive health district with 33 hospitals and 12 community health centres. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement activities and contribute to a culture of safety and learning.
- Ensure patient-centred care, cultural safety, and continuous professional development.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and respond flexibly to changing clinical priorities.
