Advanced Ophthalmic Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our team as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to deliver high-quality ophthalmic care to patients in Suffolk and surrounding areas. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering sub-specialty ophthalmology care, providing independent prescriber services, and supporting training and education within the department and wider optometry community.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering independent ophthalmology and optometry clinics
- Supporting training and education within the department and wider optometry community
- BSc Hons Optometry or equivalent qualification
- GOC registration
- Postgraduate specialist qualification(s) at Masters level or above
- GOC Specialty Registration (Independent Prescribing)
- Postgraduate research experience
- Masters in Advanced Practice or equivalent qualification
