Group Fitness Instructor Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Fitness Professional to join our team at Balance in Mayfield.

The ideal candidate will have industry experience, be member-focused, and passionate about health and fitness. They will excel at building rapport with members and helping them achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will provide safe, personalized offerings and create a welcoming environment for all members. Their enthusiasm and energy will motivate members and foster a safe, comfortable space for all.

Responsibilities include teaching group fitness classes such as Pilates, Yoga, Cycle, and Small Group Functional Training, assisting with memberships, inquiries, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of facilities during peak periods.

As a Group Fitness Instructor, you play a key role in promoting a fitness and wellness lifestyle within the community.

  • Teach group fitness classes including Pilates, Yoga, Cycle, and Small Group Functional Training
  • Assist with memberships, inquiries, and facility maintenance during peak periods

Certifications required: Certificate III in Fitness, First Aid, CPR (annual renewal), and Working with Children Check.

Required Skills and Qualifications
