Compassionate Healthcare Professional Wanted

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated nurses to join our dynamic team in a haematology setting. Our team is well-established, offering a supportive environment where you can grow professionally.
As a nurse on this ward, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse patients, providing complex care in an acute setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients and identify discharge planning requirements
- Plan appropriate care in consultation with multidisciplinary teams
- Prioritise and implement planned care to achieve desired outcomes
- Evaluate patient progress and revise nursing interventions as needed
- Document nursing care and patient progress accurately and communicate with other team members
- Nurse with current authority to practice and recent clinical experience in an acute care setting
- Ability to work independently and effectively as a member of a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
