Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Installation and Maintenance Specialist to support the installation, upgrade, and servicing of equipment across NSW. The successful candidate will provide value to clients through escalated troubleshooting, training, and maintenance support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage equipment service requests to ensure timely commitments
  • Provide training to internal teams and customers on newly installed systems
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure effective and safe use of sanitizing solutions and equipment
  • Provide high-level customer service through regular call cycles
  • Assist with business growth by identifying new opportunities for customers

Requirements:

  • Background in electrical work, plumbing, or mechanical trade is an advantage
  • Hands-on approach to service delivery
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills to build professional relationships
