Technical Service Specialist Role
Job Summary:This is an opportunity to work with a leading medical device company in Sydney, providing technical support and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform on-site installations, upgrades and ongoing service support and maintenance in assigned territories.
- Utilize proven troubleshooting processes to diagnose and resolve technical issues with electro-mechanical aesthetic and robotic systems.
- Manage service call scheduling, parts inventory, and administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
You will work closely with clients, the local sales team and enjoy support from global partners. We are seeking a self-starter who takes initiative and maintains excellent follow-through.
Requirements include but aren't limited to:
- Qualifications in electronic, computer, mechanical or biomedical engineering with applicable work experience required or bachelor's degree considered an asset.
- 1+ years' prior field service experience, installation and troubleshooting complex electronic equipment or equivalent; experience in medical device industry preferred.
- Be in good physical health.
- Have a valid passport and driver's license.
- Able to travel locally and interstate on short notice.
