Industrial Digital Transformation Lead

Spearhead the transition to a digital future in industrial settings. Ensure seamless alignment with business objectives and drive strategic growth through innovative solutions.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation strategies that cater to client needs.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-impact digital programs, leveraging agile methodologies, PRINCE2 principles, and hybrid waterfall best practices.
  • Maintain cohesive cross-functional agile teams and oversee programs of work, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Offer expert knowledge in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), encompassing MES integration with ERP, LIMS, and middleware (e.g., REST web services).
  • Nurture strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding.
  • Utilize strategic thinking to identify opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency enhancements.
  • Promote the design and implementation of process control and advanced process control solutions.
Your Qualifications:
  • Tertiary degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical field.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in delivering digital programs within industrial sectors.
  • Extensive expertise in MES systems, including MES integration (ERP, LIMS) and middleware (REST web services).
  • Proven track record in managing digital programs and applying agile methodologies, PRINCE2 principles, and hybrid waterfall best practices.
  • Industry experience in Chemicals, Oil and Gas, and Mining.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, enabling effective messaging across diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish trust and influence across stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in process control and advanced process control technologies.
  • Strategic mindset with the capacity to translate vision into actionable plans.
