We are looking for a Senior Consultant who will deliver digital transformation projects across varied industries with a focus on practical, value-driven outcomes. Collaborate with client teams to analyze their needs and recommend tailored digital solutions. Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of solutions on time and within budget. Maintain high billable utilization and apply knowledge of IT/OT systems integration to connect business processes and technologies.

The Role Offers:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience delivering digital or industrial automation solutions, with at least 2 years in a consulting role.
  • Proven experience delivering scalable IoT/IIoT, analytics, or software-led transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingsness to travel, primarily in the South Pacific region.

PREFERRED:
  • SCRUM/Agile methodology experience or certifications.
  • Organisational Change Management experience or certifications.
