We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of individuals with mental health disabilities.

About the Role

As an Employment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants and providing tailored support to empower them to achieve their employment goals.

  • You will deliver services using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model, supporting participants through every step of their journey: vocational profiling, job search, resume and interview preparation, placement, post-placement support and ongoing support.
  • Deliver sustainable employment outcomes by striving to exceed individual and team performance targets.
  • Build strong partnerships with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities, contributing to the growth and development of our community.
  • You will work collaboratively with NDIS and community providers to ensure wrap-around supports for participants' wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery, celebrating participant achievements and fostering resilience, confidence, and long-term success.
