We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team in a Full Time Temporary role.

About This Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end talent acquisition solutions including promoting talent pools, advertising, policy advice and support on the use of Recruitment and Onboarding system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage recruitment activities for non-executive roles, including bulk recruitment.
  • Work closely with the People & Culture team and Hiring Managers to provide expert advice and ensure timely completion of recruitment.
  • Provide guidance on effective hiring strategies and how to use the ROB system.
  • Deliver a positive and professional experience for candidates at every stage.
About You

We seek motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

  • Proven experience in managing high-volume end-to-end recruitment.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to investigate legislation, regulations, instructions or procedural guidelines relevant to recruitment processing and on-boarding of new employees.
