We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Men's Behaviour Change Practitioner to join our Family Safety and Child Wellbeing Team at Cafs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred case management for men undertaking our Men's Behaviour Change Program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide trauma-informed case management for men participating in our Men's Behaviour Change Program
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the safety and welfare of affected family members
- Co-facilitate Men's Behaviour Change groups with our experienced facilitators
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including men, their families, and community partners
- Bachelor of Social Work or related qualification in line with the mandatory qualification requirements for family violence practitioners
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience in trauma-informed principles and approaches
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and experience working within the family violence sector or relevant field
- Highly developed cultural awareness and sensitivity, with excellent communication skills
- Alignment to Cafs values of Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, Kindness, and Innovation
