Team Leader Family Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Family Safety and Child Wellbeing Team at Cafs. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing the service delivery of our Family Violence programs, ensuring effective delivery of the Men's Behaviour Change Program and quality clinical and operational leadership to the team.
You will work closely with the program Manager, other Family Violence organisations and our Funding partners, and be supported by the Advanced Practitioner in the program. This role will ensure overall compliance with the NTV standards and ensure that all clients participating in our services are provided consistent and practice compliant client outcomes.
