Men's Behaviour Change Practitioner

Cafs is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Men's Behaviour Change Practitioner to join our Family Safety and Child Wellbeing Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, person-centred case management for men undertaking our Men's Behaviour Change Program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide case management services to men participating in the Men's Behaviour Change Program
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the safety and welfare of affected family members
- Co-facilitate Men's Behaviour Change groups with experienced facilitators
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including men, their families, and community agencies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program strategies and initiatives
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate professional who shares our commitment to ending family violence. You will have:
- A strong understanding of trauma-informed principles and approaches
- Experience working in the family violence sector or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed cultural awareness and sensitivity
