Assetlink is a leading Australian facilities services provider, serving over 1200 customers nationwide. We specialize in standalone cleaning and security services or tailored integrated solutions for businesses across various sectors.We are seeking an experienced Retail Security Officer to join our team at Erina Fair Shopping Centre on the Central Coast. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, a passion for the security industry, and a strong desire to make a difference.The Role:
  • Provide security services at our client's retail site, supporting tenants, guests, and visitors.
  • Build key tenant relationships, manage access, respond to client requests, and ensure safety and security for the site.
  • Manage emergency situations and demonstrate proactive security awareness.
Requirements:
  • Current NSW Full Security Licence
  • CPR Certificate
  • Previous experience in Retail Security (not essential)
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to take ownership of service delivery
  • High level problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Valid work rights in Australia
