We are seeking a dedicated professional to support young people in achieving their goals and developing essential skills for employment or training outcomes. This exciting opportunity is part of our Transition to Work (TTW) Program, which provides coaching, education, and support to youth aged 15-24.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work in a full-time fixed term position, with the added benefit of a monthly accrued day off, based at our Ipswich office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing education, coaching, and support to young people to develop skills, attitudes, and behaviors expected by employers.
  • Assessing barriers to employment and providing relevant guidance and support.
  • Facilitating one-on-one appointments and group sessions to support young people in achieving their objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Exceptional communication skills and high level of computer literacy.
  • Advanced administration skills.
  • A recent, clear National Police Check.
  • A current Working with Children Check / QLD Blue Card.
  • Current Driver's Licence and ability to travel between different sites.
  • Certificate III or IV in Employment Services, Youth Work or Community Support Services (preferred).
