Ozcare is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support the growth and development of our team.

Your Role

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will provide talent acquisition functions to support our locations across Queensland. This will include:

  • Developing relationships with internal managers to ensure job requisitions are understood and expectations are set
  • Selecting and screening suitable candidates to provide top talent to our branch managers
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation and information which supports the full employee lifecycle
  • Providing high-level communication and advice to managers and applicants around recruitment functions
  • Maintaining employee data and documentation to ensure compliance with Ozcare policies and procedures
  • Monitoring onboarding progress to ensure day one readiness for both candidates and managers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a background in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources. This includes:

  • A relevant qualification in Business Management, Human Resources, Administration, or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • A high standard of customer service to represent the Ozcare brand and business operations
  • A high standard of personal and professional behaviour consistent with Ozcare's values
  • The ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing tasks as part of the full recruitment process
  • Strong administration and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated high-level computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is desirable
