Business Banking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to small business customers, understanding their financial needs and goals, and offering tailored financial solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial lending skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. You will also have experience in facilitating conversations with customers to understand their needs, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and proactively engaging with customers to support their business and personal goals.

In this role, you will be accountable for business development within your local community and will support retention of client relationships by providing a premium service. You will also be responsible for hosting small business education events to support the ongoing financial wellbeing of businesses.
