  • Ideally holds or is working towards a Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, or ECBA); tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, or IT are desirable.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a commercial environment, with a strong focus on business-side operations.
  • Proven ability to lead Business Analyst teams and deliver complex, integrated projects involving multiple systems and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with the capability to support Product Owners and SMEs to achieve desired outcomes.
