Strategic Business Analyst Role

In this key position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of our organisation. As a Strategic Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

About You
  • A proven track record of leading complex analysis, modelling, or process improvement initiatives that support strategic and operational outcomes.
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to lead workshops and collaborative sessions with confidence.
  • Expertise in defining and managing business requirements, assessing feasibility, and developing robust business cases.
  • Experience contributing to organisational standards, policies, or best practices in your area of specialisation.

You should have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate effectively across all levels. A relevant tertiary qualification in design, information technology, computer science, data analytics, or a related field is essential.

Bonus points if you have technical certifications in IT, cybersecurity, or service management We're looking for someone who can confidently engage with technical teams, understand complex systems, and help translate that into practical actions and strategies.
