Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced automotive service technician to join our team.

  • A valid Australian driver's license (minimum full license C class)
  • The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns
  • Experience in mechanical repair with an understanding of motor vehicles and the motor vehicle industry

This role requires strong communication and customer focus, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional member service and ensure all customer and job information is recorded accurately.

Responsibilities:
  1. Respond to service calls to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns, change flat tyres, jump-start vehicles, provide fuel delivery, sell and install batteries, assist lock outs
  2. Maintain accurate records of customer and job information
