**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill two part-time fixed-term positions as Learning & Engagement Coordinator.

  • Part time fixed term (19 hours/week)

As a Learning & Engagement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery and evaluation of learning programs that enhance employee and organisational effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  1. Contribute to the development and coordination of quality program data and feedback from stakeholders
  2. Maintain accurate records on the Learning and Engagement site
  3. Design and develop marketing and promotion material for newsletters, slide decks, and information sessions
  4. Liaise with Ventia Academy and Safety, People, and Culture personnel to address specific learning and engagement needs/issues
  5. Ensure awareness and compliance with ASQA, NZQA, and Ventia training policies and procedures

To be successful in these roles, you should have an entry-level qualification in business administration, training, or equivalent experience, and practical knowledge of contemporary Learning & Organisational Development practices.
