You will have the opportunity to work and own your success.If you are passionate about the construction and home building industry, have excellent sales skills and a strong desire to help people find their dream homes, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our high performing sales team and make a significant impact on our customers' lives.The RoleAs a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for guiding prospective customers through the home buying process.
You'll be working with a dynamic team of professionals, showcasing our range of exceptional residential construction projects and assisting clients in finding the perfect home that suits their needs and preferences.ResponsibilitiesManning the front desk of the display home, greeting all customers, and maintaining customer information.Supporting the team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping.Working in collaboration with the Sales consultant to assist in marketing and promoting the company's residential housing product.Presenting our Centre and developing strong relationships with potential home buyers.Handing out marketing material, registering leads, and maintaining the professional presentation of the display homes and sales office.What are we looking for?
A natural communicator with a personable approach.Ability to work from Thursday to Monday (5 days including weekends).
Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.Highly energetic, self-motivated, and a fast learner.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team and individually.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.What's in it for you?
