About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Home Building Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers to understand their lifestyle and design preferences, ensuring that we can provide them with personalized solutions for their current and future needs.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills, a passion for home building and interiors, and relevant experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for advising customers on exterior materials, finishes and colours, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms and other interior features, as well as managing customer documentation and ensuring the retail centre is well maintained.

In addition to this, the successful candidate will develop product knowledge of materials, display homes and current trends, and liaise with internal departments to assist customers with any queries. They will also actively participate in project work to improve the customer experience.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Advising customers on exterior materials, finishes and colours, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms and other interior features
  • Managing customer documentation
  • Ensuring the retail centre is well maintained and presented to a high standard
  • Developing product knowledge of materials, display homes and current trends
  • Liaising with internal departments to assist customers with any queries

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively. They will also be passionate about home building and interiors, and have a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
