An exciting and rewarding role to be part of a homebuyer's journey, working closely with them as their "go-to" person for all the touchpoints through the building process, until they become homeowners and settle into community life in Stockland Halcyon Wildflower, located at Piara Waters.

**About the role**

Be part of a new beginning in Stockland Halcyon communities with Stockland Halcyon Wildflower being the first in Western Australia with a second community coming soon. It is one of the many development sites of Stockland Halcyon's Land Lease Communities (LLC), across Southeast Queensland, Victoria, NSW and WA. Lifestyle communities for over 55's comprising of detached dwellings, clubhouse, and recreational facilities.

A permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday, with some flexible working arrangements available, you'll be involved in;
- Coordinating and facilitating appointments with homebuyers
- Facilitate home buyer customisation processes (including interior and exterior colour schemes, fittings, fixtures and landscaping)
- Organising site visits during the build process
- Providing timely updates to the home buyer throughout the building process and ensuring all database entry and relevant correspondence in accurately recorded in the system
- Liaise with construction and relevant internal and external parties during the build process as required
- Collation of accurate documentation required for home buyer approval
- Attending Open Days, Information Sessions, or Functions as and when required
- Organise homeowner handovers at the completion of the build

**About you**

To join the Home Specialist team, you'll bring with you;
- Background working in or indirectly with a building company, building related trade or similar, with experience helping customers with their building or renovation needs and a genuine interest about the build process, colour, and design aspects and managing all relevant administrative tasks
- Outside of the building/renovation sector, with retail related experience or experienced Administrators looking for a change of role and enjoy connecting with people are invited to apply
- Strong customer service-related experience, with the skills and ability to relate and understand customers' needs as well as being empathetic
- Strong administration skills and proficient computer literacy including use of MS Office Suite
- High level of attention to detail and a natural at problem solving and finding the solution or to escalate to find a resolution
- Knowledge of and experience in understanding and interpreting of building plans and customisations, would be helpful but is not essential
- Some flexibility to work as required outside of normal working hours to attend functions and events
