We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne's West, Truganina, where we have invested in a state-of-the-art, purpose-built, fully automated sorting and retrieval warehouse and distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule docks for all inbound loads
  • Receive and process all inbound stock in SAP EWM
  • Prepare shipping paperwork for local and international freight
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient scheduling, delivery, and pick-up of containers
  • Investigate issues, including damaged stock, unsafe loads, and discrepancies for inbound freight
  • Provide administrative support to internal warehouse teams

Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with knowledge of logistics and distribution centre operations
  • Exceptional communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Safety-first approach
  • Passion for continuous improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (EWM advantageous)
