Your Role

As a Contract Logistics Supervisor Lead, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the warehouse by leading an operational team.

Your Responsibilities

You will coordinate and ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse by managing, planning, organizing, staffing, and directing warehouse activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing workloads within the allocated team and allocating resources adequately on a day-to-day basis.
  • Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in the areas of management, productivity, and customer service.
  • Ensuring responsible handling and operation of company equipment and assets.
  • Maintaining compliance with Health and Safety policies and processes at all times.
  • Undertaking other tasks required by management.
